Job Description:

A receptionist is the face of a salon. They are the first face that clients see when they come in for appointments and the last face they see on the way out. We are looking for a Salon Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for customers who visit our salon or contact us to learn about our beauty services.

- Answering phones, booking appointments for clients and calling clients.
- Performing transactions for client services, handling the cash drawer.
- Greeting clients with a friendly smile and alerting assigned nail technicians of their arrival
- Keeping the salon front clean, professional looking and inviting.
- If closing the salon: light housekeeping duties such as sweeping, dusting.

To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized and able to manage clients with grace, even during peak demand.

Requirements:
Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude
An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
If you are not confident with computers/scheduling and can not multitask, this job isn't for you.
