Although we love children and want to be around them, we ask that children be supervised at all times. For their safety and for insurance purposes, we cannot allow children to run around the salon and to disrupt the relaxation of our other guests.

Please treat our Gift Certificate/Card as you would cash. If lost or stolen, or used without permission, the card cannot be replaced or the value replenished. Gift Certificate/Card represents prepayment for goods and services. Gift Certificates/Cards have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.

Gratuities are customary and appreciated, but left to the discretion of the client.

We are not responsible for your personal belongings. We suggest that you leave your valuables (i.e. jewelry) at home or keep them with you at all the time. DISCLAIMER: VICTORIA NAILS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR LOST OR DAMAGED PERSONAL BELONGINGS.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon, we will gladly to make corrections necessary to exceed your expectation within 3 days of your original services.

We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salons.
We offer complimentary fixes within:

• 7-days of Gel polish (or No-Chip), Dipping nails.
• 3-days of other services pending management approval. 

Just give us call and we will get you booked at no charge.
If you lose a new enhancement or notice chips or lifting during those periods above, please call us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after periods above or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks are $3+ each.
If you pick/remove your polish/nail enhancement off due to a chip/cracking, we will not offer complimentary fixes. 
We do not guarantee little diva gel manicures due to the nails beds often being oily; gel polish does not always last on little ones like it does adults.
Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.

A Spa Party celebrates a Birthday, Bridal, Bachelorette or other special occasion. For parties/events of seven or more, we provide light refreshments, please book in advance with a non-refundable $50 deposit. The deposit will be applied towards your services.

Victoria Nails reserves the right to refuse service due to medical/physical conditions. As licensed beauty professionals, we’re not allowed to diagnose and/or treat medical conditions, or work beyond our limited scope of practice or compromise the client’s health. Some chronic conditions, like a fungal infection or ingrown toenails, may require medical intervention to remedy.
